Theodore Falk, MD FAAAAI, FAAP earned his Bachelor of Arts at Hofstra University in 1969 followed by a Medical Degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussels in 1977. His residency in pediatrics was completed in 1980 at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Northwell Health. In 1982, Dr. Falk completed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Nassau County Medical.
Dr. Falk is a Diplomat of and board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1982, and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (FAAAAI) in 2019. This professional designation is in recognition of his proficiency and continued efforts within the specialty of allergy and immunology.
Dr. Falk is an attending physician at Holy Name Medical Center and Program Director for the Allergy Division, and an attending physician at Englewood Health. He has been a proven leader in treating Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology patients in private practice since 1982.
Dr. Falk has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 1996, and is available for the evaluation and treatment of allergies, asthma, immunology and allergic skin diseases in our River Edge location.
