Dr. David Resnick performed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology from 1989 through 1991 at The New York Presbyterian Hospital and continued on as a full time attending until 2012. Dr. David Resnick was the Director of Allergy and Immunology at The New York Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University from 2005 until 2012. In 2006 he created the Food Allergy Center at the hospital where skin prick testing and food patch testing were performed to evaluate various types of allergies including Eosinophilic Esophagitis and food protein induced enterocolitis. He was a member of the Eosinohilic Esophagitis committee of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology for many years. Dr. Resnick continues to teach the allergy fellows at the New York Presbyterian Hospital. Prior to joining Impact Medical, he was the Chair of Allergy and Immunology at Caremount Medical from 2013 until 2024. Dr Resnick specializes in semen allergies, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, hereditary angioneurotic edema, food allergies, hives, chronic sinusitis and eczema.
